My boys' trash can for their bath is stainless steel. No matter how much I clean it, it never looks like it did when I bought it. I am new to the Ballard world, but saw this trash can and knew I could copy it. It may not look as tailored but it will do the job for now. I already had all the materials needed to make this so away I went. It took me all of 30 minutes to make it. You will need burlap, paint, stencil, ribbon and glue gun. If you have an old trash can that needs revamping try this.

ReplyDeleteWhat a great makeover. It looks wonderful, and certainly a very respectable "replica" of the Ballard design. Very chic and good looking!

Thanks for stopping by my blog Kelly! I love your Ballard inspired refab. I know exactly what you mean about those stainless steel cans never quite looking the same. Maybe a similar solution is what I need for the one in my downstairs bath.
ReplyDeleteOnce again....LOVE IT! I totally think I need to do this in my master bath. Great idea.
